Visa Services
We provide Chinese visa services to applicants
from all parts of the United States, including non-US citizens.
Handling the entire visa application process
for all applicants, we will work with you on procedures and
forms for the visa application, and will also deliver your
visa if requested. You may mail your passport, together with
two passport photos and the completed and signed Q-1 Form to
us, or bring them to our office.
You may download the Q-1 Form here:

If you are traveling in a party
of 7 people or above, you can use Group Visa Form, and we
have a special rate for handling group visas. Please contact
us
at (630) 574-2121 for details.
According to the
new regulations, if an applicant cannot come to the visa
office in person, he/she may entrust a travel/visa agent to
represent
him/her for application process. As a result of this, the
Chinese Embassy and Consulates General in the United States
have ceased
mail service (including express mail) applications for Chinese
visas since May 1, 2003.

we receive your passport, two passport photos, completed and
signed application form together with your payment. For safety
reasons, we strongly recommend that you send your application
documents through a courier service (Certified U.S. Mail, FedEx,
UPS, DHL, etc.) so that you will be able to track them if there
is a delay or loss. If you need the same courier service for
your return mail, please include this delivery charge in your
payment.
